After finally watching Beyonce's VMA performance I am whole heartedly serious about tighting and toning up my body. I'll admit I'm not in the worst shape. Actually those around me would say, "girl bye, you're small." BUT I was an athlete all my life and since I've hit my mid twenties things have gotten a little loose.
So I am making a change not so much in my workout habits, but by changing a few of my eating habits. Now, I must say that I am not a fan of dieting, so I'm just going to say that I am making an eating change by attempting to impliment mason jars and weekly meal prepping.
I've done a little research and I found a lot of
Pinterest boards and a couple of blogs showing beautiful mason jar recipes and I got really fired up and excited when I stumbled up on blogger Tammy Kresge's blog , Organize Yourself Skinny, sharing her thoughts and experience of using mason jars for lunch prep check it out
